Business Administration
Director: Abeer Mustafa

Through accounting, assignments, marketing, and conference/guest services, Business Administration oversees the professional and business activities of Campus Life. They manage a $55 million budget, and all financial projections and forecasting for both University Housing and Fraternity and Sorority Life.

Facilities, Information Technology (IT), and Asset Management
Director: Pete Fraccaroli

Facilities, Information Technology (IT), and Asset Management for Campus Life provides leadership and oversight of facilities, IT, and asset management functions encompassing an estimated 3M square feet of residential space in 72 buildings across campus.

Fraternity and Sorority Life
Director: Shelly Brown Dobek

Fraternity and Sorority Life is comprised of a team of full-time staff members advising fraternities, sororities and their governing councils, managing Greek Court on campus, and overseeing the development of Greek Village. Fraternity and Sorority Life also enhances leadership and service within the Greek community through a values-based fraternal experience. Fraternity and Sorority Life’s new Greek Village will redefine the on-campus living experience with state-of-the-art facilities promoting community, leadership and engagement.

University Housing
Director: Susan Grant

University Housing complements North Carolina State University’s overall mission through intentional programs, services and facilities promoting educational and personal development of campus residents. With NC State faculty and other campus partners, University Housing creates enriched living and learning environments integral to a student’s educational experience and success. Living and Learning Villages encourage students to engage in active and collaborative learning with peers, faculty and staff members.
