RightTime KiDS Drop-in Childcare

RightTime KiDS drop-in childcare center to provide discounted rates ($8/hr) for faculty, staff, postdocs, and students. RightTime KiDS helps to address short-term, urgent, after hours, and/or last minute child care needs for children aged 18 months through 12 years.

Meredith After School Program

The Meredith After School Program aids students, employees, and community members in meeting the many important demands on their time as parents and caregivers.

Wolfpack Styled Professional Closet

The Wolfpack Styled Professional Clothing Closet provides students with the professional clothing needed for an interview, a career fair, a conference, or for the first week of work.

Free Access to Microsoft Office 365

As an NC State student, faculty, or staff member, you can download and install a free copy of the full MS Office suite (includes Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and you also have access to the cloud versions of these products (Office 365). Your free copy of Office 365 can be installed on multiple devices and comes with online file storage space in OneDrive.

Women’s Center Advocate Survivor Services

Women’s Center advocates provide support to survivors of sexual and relationship violence including stalking. Services include crisis counseling intervention, academic/housing advocacy, accompaniment to court, student conduct hearings, and law enforcement agencies, and referrals to other services on campus or in the community. The NC State Women’s Center serves all NC State students and we welcome students of all genders, gender expression, and sexual orientation.

Sexual Assault Helpline

The Sexual Assault Helpline (919.515.4444) is a 24/7/365 hotline available to anyone impacted by dating violence, sexual assault, rape, stalking or other forms of gender-based violence. Advocates provide callers with emotional support, and information about their rights, options, and resources. Students can also reach advocates by emailing ncsuadvocate@ncsu.edu.

Student Health Services

As a part of tuition and fees, the health fee at NC State covers routine visits to providers (physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners) at Student Health Services. Services with a charge are offered at prices competitive with the community.

NC State Counseling Center

The Counseling Center’s diverse staff is trained to address academic, emotional and social concerns that are common to college students and may impact overall well-being.

Student Legal Services

University Student Legal Services (USLS) is a nonprofit corporation created by Student Government and funded by student fees. The purpose of USLS is to provide education, advice, and representation within the scope of the prepaid student legal services plan. The service focuses on helping students resolve their legal problems with as little disruption as possible to their educational endeavors. The office promotes preventive law, equipping students to make informed choices.

Low-Cost Bus Passes

Wolfline buses connecting campus are free to students and the public. The university offers discounted rates for GoRaleigh and GoTriangle bus passes.

Wolfpack Pick Up: Transportation for students living with disabilities and injuries

Wolfpack Pick Up is a program from the Division of Academic and Student Affairs that provides rides for students living with disabilities and/or injuries to classes on main and Centennial campuses.
