A special edition, bonus Howling Success for October features Ethan Clark, an NC State student who has spent years helping people across North Carolina through his Facebook page, North Carolina’s Weather Authority. During Hurricane Helene, he played a pivotal role in sharing information and resources for communities in western NC impacted by catastrophic flooding.
