Bio

Joseph J. Glover is a student affairs leader and educator serving as Associate Director for Student Leadership & Engagement at North Carolina State University. In this role, he leads student development initiatives that advance leadership, civic and community engagement, and organizational involvement across campus. With professional experience spanning student engagement, fraternity and sorority life, residential life, and leadership education, Joseph is passionate about creating meaningful opportunities for students to grow, lead, and thrive while fostering campus environments that support both student success and the well-being of the professionals who serve them.

Joseph holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership & Policy, an M.Ed. in Student Affairs Practice in Higher Education, and a Bachelor of Music. His work is grounded in a commitment to student success, belonging, and resilient, engaged campus communities, with particular attention to the well-being and sustainability of student affairs professionals.
