Bio

Michael has worked in orientation, transition and retention for 20 years and starting at NC State in 2008. Throughout his career, Michael has been responsible for student-centered, university-wide initiatives, such as: orientation, Summer Start, welcome weeks, and New Student Convocation. Michael has focused on supporting students in their transition to campus and helping them to create foundations for success throughout their NC State careers. Michael’s CliftonStrengths are: Context, Includer, Input, Woo and Activator.
